Uncharted 4 gets the Honest Trailer treatment


Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has been out for a while now, but the guys over at Smosh Games’ Honest Trailers have finally gotten around to giving it a good roast. These videos are often either brutal takedowns of terrible games or affectionately poking fun at the flaws of great ones, and Uncharted 4’s certainly finds itself in the latter category.

I mean, as much as I love Nathan Drake, there is no denying he is an unstoppable murder machine. And that aspects of the climbing sections (looking at you, automatically retracting grapple rope) can be laughably unrealistic.

Despite these nitpicks, and an overly drawn out third act, I thought Uncharted 4 was pretty rad when I reviewed it last month. It’s a stunning example of interactive storytelling brought to life by some of the best console visuals ever seen, and I have Digital Foundry to back me up on that.
